Fight Result: Vic Darchinyan stopped Jorge Arce in Round Eleven

In a super flyweight mega fight, IBF, WBC and WBA unified champion Vic “the raging bull” Darchinyan (32-1-1, 26 KOs) scored a grueling eleventh round TKO over WBA interim champ Jorge “El Travieso” Arce (51-5-1, 39 KOs) on Saturday night at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. Darchinyan dominated Arce beginning in the first round unleashing his big punches to Arce. Arce bloodied Darchinyan in round three. Round four was in good action, with Darchinyan rocking Arce in the last minute. Darchinyan continued dominating Arce on the latter rounds. Darchinyan shook Arce in round seven. Ruslan “White Tyson” Chagaev (27-0-1, 20 KOs), in his return from a recess, defeated previously unbeaten Carl Davis Drumond (26-1, 20 KOs) with a six-round technical decision on Saturday night at the Stadhalle in Rostock, Germany.
