Fight Result: Vic Darchinyan stopped Jorge Arce in Round Eleven

In a super flyweight mega fight, IBF, WBC and WBA unified champion Vic “the raging bull” Darchinyan (32-1-1, 26 KOs) scored a grueling eleventh round TKO over WBA interim champ Jorge “El Travieso” Arce (51-5-1, 39 KOs) on Saturday night at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. Darchinyan dominated Arce beginning in the first round unleashing his big punches to Arce. Arce bloodied Darchinyan in round three. Round four was in good action, with Darchinyan rocking Arce in the last minute. Darchinyan continued dominating Arce on the latter rounds. Darchinyan shook Arce in round seven. Tomasz Adamek defeats Steve Cunningham via split decision and captures IBF cruiserweight title

In a battle of cruiserweight, former WBC light heavyweight champion Tomasz Adamek of Poland (35-1, 24 KOs) won by split decision against cruiserweight champion Steve Cunningham (21-1, 11 KOs), claiming the world title on Thursday night at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. Adamek dropped Cunninghum three times in their 12 round championship clash. Adamek dropped Cunninghum at the bell to end the second round. Adamek dropped Cunninghum again in round four after the Champion Cunninghum has hurt Adamek during the round.
